Before I came into New Road surgery, I was in a bad way. I was in a lot of pain and was avoiding smiling at all costs.

I had numeral appointments at New Road in a short amount of time due to injuries I had sustained. However due to the positive and attentive nature of all staff these trips were made very bearable. My personal dentist was Paaras Dhanani. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable at all times as well as keeping up to date with me by email. He also helped me immensely with police enquiries (which I had to carry out due to the nature of my injuries). Overall, I feel a lot happier and positive since my visits at the surgery. The dentist is often something I've dreaded, I now relate it with  a speedy recovery.

Throughout my treatment, I feel as though I have had a first class service. Paaras was really good at explaining the options that were available to me and helped me to choose the option that was best for me.

I am exceptionally pleased with the smile that I now have. I would recommend New Road Dental practice to everyone as I am so happy with my experience and I can’t stop smiling.

Having had a bad experience with dentists as a child, I am still quite a nervous patient.

Nimesh always greets me with a smile himself, and he always has the same assistant which reassures me. It is always obvious that he has read my notes and has prepared himself for my treatment, which is never rushed.
I am made to feel at ease and he talks through what he is going to do, and checks throughout the treatment that I am feeling ok.

I recently had Invisalign teeth straightening and whitening and Nimesh was extremely patient with me as I was eager for results. Many people have remarked on my straight, white teeth and I regularly recommend him to others.

Don't ever leave Nimesh!

I've been a patient at this surgery for many years and, having decided I required remedial work on some worn teeth, I asked New Road Dental about my options. I received clear advice on the pros and cons of each available procedure, the work that would be entailed, the likely costs as well as Nimesh's own recommendation.

From onset Dr. Paaras explained the whole process and energetically showed the process on screens and models.

(The surprising constant telephone checks after surgery from Dr. Paaras have been a significant reassurance if I needed anything).

You may remember that I came over from France recently, for a couple of appointments. During one of the appointments, you mentioned that I should probably get a check up at the Doctors, as my teeth problems could well be linked to either heart problems or diabetes. This is just a brief letter to say "Good call!"

I took your advice and went to the doctors. Turns out I am massively Diabetic and have an enlarged heart. The Doctor said that if I hadn't gone when I did, it had the potential to turn into a life threatening problem. When I told the Doctor why I'd come, he was extremely impressed by your patient care and attention.

Needless to say I greatly appreciate your advice, not to mention my teeth appear to be much improved as well! Many thanks

The Reception staff at New Road Dental Practice are reassuringly welcoming and very efficient, reflecting the friendly and professional service provided by all the staff at the practice. The surgeries are fully equipped and up-to-date, yet maintain a comfortable and relaxed environment for patients. I have been attending the New Road Dental Practice for cosmetic dentistry since July 2008. My dentist Dr. Paaras Dhanani has been excellent. Dr. Dhanani always explained what the treatment would entail and re-explained what he was doing as it was being done. I have found my treatment throughout the past two years to be of a high standard.
